Pressed platform gratings - P gratings

Pressed platform gratings are an aesthetic, high quality elements suitable for a wide field of application such as: commercial construction, industrial construction, cellar air shafts
facade,shading elements, etc.


Pressed gratings are produced according to DIN 24537 norm with anticorrosion protection by the hot-dip zinc galvanized process according to DIN 50976 norm. The pressed grating production process requires higly modern pressing system, where each single cross bar is pressed into the pre-punched slots in the bearing bars with a force of up to 100 tons per single bearing bar. Therefore, the bearing bars are the carrying elements and the cross bars secure their structure at the specific axial distance and partially helps distribute the load applied at a particular place of the grating.

The pressed gratings are produced with different mesh sizes, bearing bars heights and thicknesses corresponding to the area of application and the load characteristics.

Shape modification of pressed grating

Similarly as with the pressure welded grating, the sophisticated production technology enables us to modify (shape the gratings) by means of cut outs according to the customer’s requirements.
