Welded platform gratings - SP

SP – welded platform gratings feature versatile application in the manufacturing industry such as:industrial platforms, stair treads, catwalks, etc.

Welded platform gratings are produced according to DIN 24537 norm with anticorrosion protection by the hot-dip zinc galvanized process according to DIN 50976 norm. The welded grating production process requires highly modern pressure welding system. The cross bars of the gratings are pressed to the bearing bars with a pressure of up to 1000 kN and at the same time electrically welded with current of up to 2000 kVA. All nodal points between bearing bars and cross bars are jointed, thus forming a construction with bending strength that offers a high load-bearing capacity.

Shape modification of welded gratings.

Similarly as with the pressed grating, the sophisticated production technology enables us to modify (shape the gratings) by means of cut outs according to the customer’s requirements.
